Marketing Signals bolsters leadership team

Manchester-based search and AI marketing agency Marketing Signals has strengthened its senior leadership team with two new appointments as it continues to scale its digital offering.

Jade Denby has joined the firm as head of digital PR, bringing more than 15 years’ industry experience.

She arrives from Wavemaker, where she spent seven years delivering digital PR strategies for a portfolio of blue-chip brands.

In her new role, Jade will lead the agency’s digital PR function, focusing on high-authority link acquisition and brand storytelling to drive commercial performance for clients.

Jade Denby said: “I am incredibly excited to join Marketing Signals to head up the digital PR department.

“Having spent over a decade in the industry, I was drawn to the agency’s agility and its proven track record of delivering tangible success for clients.

“My experience working with household brands has shown me the power of PR when it is truly aligned with business objectives.

“I’m looking forward to leading this talented team and building on the agency’s success to deliver creative, search-first campaigns that drive genuine growth for our clients.”

The agency has also appointed Jade Williams as head of marketing.

A marketer and podcaster, Jade brings experience across content creation, social media, copywriting and podcasting, and will lead Marketing Signals’ overall marketing strategy to build brand awareness, generate leads and support revenue growth.

Jade Williams added: “I feel incredibly lucky to be joining such an impressive team, and I'm so excited to see what the company can achieve as we head into this new year.

“As the new head of marketing, I'm looking forward to showcasing exactly what Marketing Signals can do for clients and shouting about our successes.”

“There’s no doubt at all that we're living in the age of content creation – and I'm eager to draw on my experience in social and content marketing to really amplify the great work this agency can do.”

The appointments follow a period of sustained growth and new client wins for Marketing Signals.

Gareth Hoyle, managing director, added: “These hires are a statement of intent for where we’re taking the agency next.

“As we move into 2026, we’re building a business focused on sharper thinking, stronger craft and more impactful work.

“Attracting this level of talent demonstrates both our progression and a broader change in the market. Independent agencies are no longer the alternative – they’re competing head-to-head with network agencies, not just for clients, but for the very best people.”
