Bradley Hall launches Oxfordshire office

A northern property consultancy is expanding its national footprint with a new office opening designed to support clients across southern England.

Newcastle-headquartered Bradley Hall has launched a new office in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire, marking its first permanent presence in the South East and South West.

The move forms part of the firm’s wider growth strategy as it looks to build coverage in key UK markets beyond its established northern base.

The Oxfordshire office will provide specialist property advice across the Cotswolds and Thames Valley, working alongside colleagues in Birmingham to support clients throughout the South East and South West.

Initially, the office will focus on RICS valuation services, with plans to expand into a full-service property agency as the team grows.

The new office is led by chartered surveyor Max Douglas, who also runs Cotswolds-based estate agency Maxwell Douglas.

He is joined by associate director Sarah Parker, who brings experience from national firms, including Sage Homes, with further appointments planned for early 2026.

Max, who previously worked in the City of London at CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield and at Sanderson Weatherall in Newcastle, before establishing Maxwell Douglas in the Cotswolds in 2009, said: “Bradley Hall has long been established in the North East as a leading property firm, and it is fantastic to be able to bring those services to clients in the South East and West with the creation of a new office in Oxfordshire.

“The full-service model that Bradley Hall offers to all clients means everything is under one roof, and the addition of strong central departments such as finance, marketing, HR and IT means that the firm can successfully operate across the country.

“The first few weeks of Bradley Hall Oxfordshire have been incredibly positive, and working alongside Sarah and the wider Bradley Hall team to launch our new office has been brilliant.”

Bradley Hall now employs 79 people across 11 offices nationwide, covering the North East, Yorkshire, the North West, the West Midlands and, with this latest launch, southern England.

Neil Hart, chief executive at Bradley Hall, added: “Our growth over the last year has seen the addition of several new offices across the country, allowing us to achieve coverage across most of the UK.

“Demand for RICS valuation services is growing and our offices have built a large network of private clients, primary lenders and national banks with which they work to provide high-quality valuation services.

“The opening of our new office in Oxfordshire allows us to offer these services to clients across the South East and South West, where there is particular demand for valuation services from a trusted national name.”
