PR firm makes strong start to year with client wins
A marketing and communications agency has begun the year with fresh momentum after securing a series of high-profile client wins and launching new campaigns across multiple sectors.
Newcastle-based O.agency has added several retained clients to its portfolio, including national holiday park operator Verdant Leisure and fast-growing tech and data firm Seriös Group.
The agency has also been appointed by The Survey Association to lead a UK-wide geospatial skills and awareness campaign in 2026, acting as lead consultancy, creative and communications partner.
Izy Herrera, head of marketing at Newcastle-headquartered Seriös Group, said: “Finding the right PR agency for Seriös Group was a big priority for me.
“We wanted a team that understood our business and our ambitions, as well as bringing the right energy and creativity we need to grow.
“From the start, Kirsty and Rachel from O.agency showed us that we’re not just another client to them, it’s a genuine partnership.
“They want to help us succeed.”
Alongside the new appointments, O.agency recently launched ‘Find your Tullie’, a creative campaign for Tullie Museum & Art Gallery, designed to showcase the breadth of experiences on offer through a mix of digital and out-of-home activity.
The strong start to 2026 follows a landmark year for the agency, which marked its 20th anniversary in 2025.
During the year, O.agency was named large North East Agency of the Year and won Best Campaign for its work with Darlington Building Society, delivering the organisation’s first integrated brand campaign and generating more than £19 million in new savings deposits.
Building on this momentum, the agency is now recruiting across its communications and campaigns teams to support continued growth.
Kirsty Ostell, managing director of O.agency, added: “It’s fantastic to start the year adding to our client family for 2026, and with such incredible brands and teams.
“We are filled with ambition for 2026 and so are our clients, and it’s great to see not just new clients coming in with big plans, but our existing clients entering a new year with some very exciting campaigns.
“It’s our 21st year and the thing that makes us most proud is that we have clients who are entering their 20th, 18th and 15thyears with us in 2026 too.
“Relationships and great work are all that matters.”
