STRAT7 appoints advisory managing director
London-based insights and strategy consultancy STRAT7 has appointed Helen Donald as managing director of its advisory practice.
Helen brings 20 years’ experience across research, insight and strategy consultancy.
Over the past year, she has led major advisory projects for clients including Kenvue, Zurich and Nestlé.
In her new role, she will lead STRAT7 Advisory, which supports organisations in turning consumer, category and cultural insight into growth strategies and innovation pipelines.
Helen said: “What excites me most about leading STRAT7 Advisory is the opportunity to help clients cut through complexity and make confident choices about where to invest and how to grow in a world where change is constant and growth is not guaranteed.
“Too often, insights sit in decks that never leave the boardroom.
“Our job is to turn them into decisions that actually move the business forward and drive real-world change.”
Helen’s appointment strengthens STRAT7’s specialist advisory capability as it continues to expand its strategic consulting offer alongside its data, insight and AI-driven solutions.
Barrie Brien, chief executive of STRAT7, added: “Helen is one of the sharpest strategic minds I’ve worked with over the past decade or so.
“Her ability to translate complex client challenges into clear commercial strategies, drawing on the full breadth of STRAT7’s expertise, makes her the ideal person to lead Advisory.
“Her appointment reflects how central STRAT7 Advisory is to our integrated offer and the impact we want to create for our clients.”
