PageGroup makes senior UK leadership appointments
Global specialist recruitment cosultancy PageGroup has announced a series of senior UK leadership appointments as part of a strategic restructure.
Tessa Hollingworth has been appointed managing director for the North and Scotland at Michael Page, bringing nearly 25 years’ experience in the recruitment sector.
Graham Lucas takes on the role of UK managing partner at Page Executive, drawing on almost two decades with the business in senior leadership roles.
Jonathan Wiles will also move into a new position leading Page Executive’s global board practice, focusing on senior and non-executive appointments.
The changes support PageGroup’s evolving structure as it looks to better align with client needs and hiring trends across the UK.
Tessa said: “The world of work is changing, and so are the needs of our customers.
“In my first month with Michael Page, I’ve been struck by the team’s agility and practical approach to innovation – particularly in how they use insight and technology to help customers plan for the future – as well as the depth of market expertise, and the strength of client relationships.
“As I continue to connect with the teams across our hub and regional offices, I’m focused on harnessing the collective power of our regional and specialist expertise.”
Graham added: “The excellent work the Page Executive team has delivered in recent years means I’m stepping into this role at a time of real momentum.
“For me, it’s a chance to support my network in placing exceptional senior and board-level talent, opening more opportunities for business growth.
“Having spent time with the Page Executive team across the UK in recent weeks, I’m focused on building on our existing strengths and enhancing how we support clients with their most critical leadership decisions.”
Jonathan added: “Moving forward, my focus will be on developing Page Executive’s burgeoning global board practice.
“This transition reflects our commitment to expanding our reach and enhancing our capability in delivering high-level leadership appointments for our clients.
“After 12 years leading Page Executive’s growth in the UK, now is the right time for me to step away, and I look forward to watching the team’s success under Graham’s leadership.
“Graham’s skills and expertise will complement and enhance the existing leadership team, marking an exciting new chapter for Page Executive’s continued development.”
