AspinallVerdi strengthens North West team

Independent property regeneration consultancy AspinallVerdi has appointed Amy Bennett to its Manchester office as the business continues to expand across the North West.

Amy joins the firm’s growing Manchester team from AspinallVerdi’s Newcastle office, bringing experience in planning, development consultancy and viability work across the region.

During her time with the business, she has supported a range of projects including viability studies for the Central Lancashire Local Plan, work across Cumbria and Green Belt studies for authorities in Lancashire.

Based at the firm’s King Street office, Amy will support public and private sector clients on regeneration, planning and mixed-use development projects across Greater Manchester and the wider North West.

Andy Delaney, director and head of the North West at AspinallVerdi, said: ”Amy is an invaluable and experienced addition to our growing team of chartered surveyors and chartered town planners.

“Our robust financial performance across our six regional offices reflects the increasing demand for our expert, tailored development and regeneration services from public and private sector clients across Greater Manchester, the wider North West and nationwide.”
