Surveyor plots growth after city office switch
A building surveyor and project management firm is eyeing expansion after completing a city office switch.
Silverstone Building Consultancy has moved to a new Leeds base.
The company says its hub in The Old Brewery – which replaces a 40 Park Square North site – will “support its continued growth while providing additional capacity to service an expanding portfolio of national projects”.
The business, which is leasing its new space from Yorkshire Design Group, has operated in Leeds since 2018.
Its clients include British Land, Harworth Group, Dransfield and Motorpoint.
It recently oversaw a £750,000 project to refurbish a 90,000sq ft unit at Leeds Bradford Airport Industrial Estate.
Director Ben Rennocks said: “Yorkshire remains a key market for us, and we are increasingly acting on instructions for institutional and commercial clients with property portfolios spanning the UK.
“The move reflects our long-term commitment to Yorkshire and provides a strong base for the next phase of growth.”
The business has further offices in Newcastle and London.
