Stuck in a shadow you can't get out of
Dubliners are protesting at plans to built a giant ‘U2 tower’ in their city, reports BBC Online. The 100 metre tower will be the tallest in Ireland, and protesters claim it will be “a monstrosity in what used to be a small maritime village of three-storey buildings.” Meanwhile, the band U2 are not even going to be around to see the tower, as they are moving their multi-million Euro business to Holland to avoid paying higher Irish taxes.
