The Moon At A Click
Is there anything that Google can’t do? It appears not. Shortly after bringing us Google Earth, the amazing virtual map of the entire planet, they have now created Google Moon which allows you to surf the Moon’s surface and check the exact spots that the Apollo astronauts made their landings. The web giant also has plans to build a lunar hosting and research centre in 2069, the company’s website said ‘With the establishment of the Copernicus Center, Google’s mission has grown beyond “organising the world’s information and making it universally accessible and useful.” Their new goal is to “organise all the useful information in the universe and serve it to you on a lightly salted cracker.”
