Bosnia honours the cabbage
A Bosnian town is erecting a monument to the humble cabbage. Ananova.com reports that the town of Bijeljina is creating the giant cabbage statue to honour the vegetable, which is a staple food for the Balkan country. Mayor Mico Micic explained: “It is the vegetable that feeds the people in this region and is important. It deserves recognition.”
