A big thank you to those who attended our recent director’s briefings on Search Engine Marketing. We looked at the behaviour of online customers, and you can find more information thanks to research released this week by Avenue A | Razorfish.

Consumers around the world still place the highest level of trust in other people’s opinions, according to a global Nielsen survey of 26,486 internet users in 47 markets. I am not convinced that we needed a survey to know this but it is nice to have definitive data.

According to Reuters.com, Google is set to offer virtually unlimited e-mail storage to corporate clients.

Rave of the week: I came across a series of white papers from Coremetrics which are not bad at all, I thought the paper on web2.0 was particularly useful. Give it a go.

Story of the week: In the US, a mother used her teenage daughter’s Facebook account - one of the most popular social network platforms - to tell the world about her child’s bad behaviour! This story was even featured by USA Today. Smiles all around from parents?
