F***king villagers take precautions
The village of F**king in Austria has had enough of the activity its name is synonymous with, and is installing CCTV cameras as a deterrent to amorous tourists.
The tiny rural hamlet of 104 people has experienced an influx of randy summer visitors filming and photographing themselves, well… having relations… with the ‘F***ing’ name on display in the background.
“I’m sure each of them think they’re the first to think of it but believe me they’re not. We’ve grown very tired of it and we’re doing something about it,” said one resident.
“We are a very traditional community and we find this sort of public display shocking,” they added.
The residents hope that the new CCTV cameras above the name signs will discourage tourists from engaging in any al fresco shenanigans.
