Tyneside Estate Agency plans industry shake up
A North East based estate agents has unveiled plans to galvanise services provided within the residential property market.
Launched by managing director Julie Nelson, Whitley Bay based Embleys is enjoying an influx in new customers despite the fall in property enquiries experienced throughout the UK.
Embracing tactics drawn from the United States, Embley’s managing director is confident the business can expand once the market recovers.
Ms Nelson said: “Everyone knows moving house can be a stressful time but actually it should be straightforward and exciting, which is why we have built Embleys around the concept of ‘sold with ease’.
“Once signed up we manage the process from start to finish, we don’t expect our clients to negotiate prices or chivvy the solicitor – that’s for us to do because we’re the experts.”
Each experienced member of the Embley’s team has profited from a career with a strong emphasis on customer service before moving into the property market and Julie Nelson is hopeful this will drive the business forward in 2012.
