North East chartered surveyor Bradley Hall has teamed up with serviced office provider The Office Company to attract new businesses to the Moor Chambers scheme in Framwellgate Moor, Durham.
The scheme is currently undergoing a £300,000 refurbishment, with suites catering to businesses with between 1 to 40 staff. The new development will also provide a boost commercial property in the region, which according to RICS, has borne the brunt of business cutbacks as many firms have looked towards reducing their office space.
Lynn Gate, managing director at The Office Company, said: “The new site in Durham has been specifically designed to meet the needs of new and growing businesses within a relaxed working environment and flexible terms.
“The commercial property market has suffered in recent months with many businesses downsizing leaving behind vacant buildings. The Office Company does a fantastic job of utilizing disused space and providing perfect solutions for downsizing and start-up businesses.”
