Jonathan Elvin opens The Pantry in Harrogate
CBRE’s Pubs & Leisure team, acting on behalf a private landlord, has agreed a letting to The Pantry Harrogate Limited on the site of the former restaurant, The Claret, at 5-7 Montpellier Parade just 50 meters from Betty’s tea rooms in the heart of Harrogate.
The Pantry, Café & Restaurant is owned and managed by Jonathan Elvin. Yorkshire-born Jonathan is an Internationally Michelin star trained chef who has worked at some of Europe’s finest Michelin starred restaurants which include; Bagatelle in Oslo, Norway, Gordon Ramsay at Claridges, Marc Fosh Reads hotel in Majorca, Burlington at The Devonshire Arms, Whatley Manor and Fischer’s at Baslow Hall.
Along with an innovative restaurant menu, The Pantry will offer Quintessential British Brunches, Lunches & Afternoon Tea. Extensive refurbishments are now underway and the restaurant is scheduled to launch in February 2013.
