Darlington employee engagement firm cements international partnership
Darlington-based Simply Thank You Corporate has partnered with an India-based voucher and digital reward supplier, to increase its international reach.
Led by founder and Managing Director Colin Eglington, the employee engagement firm has this week signed an exclusivity deal with Zaggle Prepaid Services.
Zaggle believes the new partnership will remove complexities of international reward management, allowing UK-based organisations to roll out recognition schemes to workforces based elsewhere, with company wide strategy coherence.
The North East firm already operates in a similar vein in the Netherlands, Australia, the Philippines and the US, placing the 21 year old company in a strong international position for the future.
Managing Director at Simply Thank You Corporate travelled to India earlier in the week to meet with Zaggle CEO Avinash Godkhindi.
Mr Eglington said: “We are delighted to confirm that STY have now signed an exclusivity agreement with Zaggle, which will allow us to reward and recognise workforces across India on behalf of our multinational clients without any of the traditional associated delays.
“This step means we can offer even more simplicity in reward, designing just one program per company, which can reach and recognise the international workforce.”
