UK workforce specialist Gibbs S3 partners with $7.4bn US global giant
Surrey-based workforce solutions firm Gibbs S3 has announced a partnership with World Wide Technology (WWT) that will see it provide staffing services to its project staff.
The deal will see Gibbs, who also have offices in London, Manchester and Cheshire, utilise its talent management service to assist WWT, who specialise in technological systems integration, in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region.
The UK organisation, which is a certified Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) and Ethnic Minority Controlled Business (EMB), had annual revenues of £49.3m last year thanks to its workforce solutions that include IT staff, business change and project work.
Farida Gibbs, CEO and Founder of Gibbs S3, comments: “This latest deal is a huge success for Gibbs S3 and it shows that our approach, tailoring our services specifically to customer’s needs, is setting us apart from our competitors.
“Our solutions are developed in response to feedback from customers, and in understanding what they require, we can adapt what we provide. The commonality of culture between us and WWT meant that this was an ideal partnership and I look forward to assisting them in their continual expansion across the EMEA region.”
Ann Marr, Vice President of Global Human Resources at WWT, added: “Gibbs S3 can provide us with the workforce solutions that will help to power our growth throughout the EMEA region.
“As a technology company, it is critical that we have the right personnel to continue growing and our operations in the region are a significant factor for this.
“We will have access to some of the best talent out there so we can continue to provide our expertise, helping organisations to discover, evaluate, architect and implement technology.”
