Dunscar Golf Club Receives Investment from Williams BMW
Dunscar Golf Club has received significant investment from leading prestigious motor retail business, Williams BMW.
The partnership with Dunscar Golf Club, situated on Longworth Lane, Bolton, is part of a new exciting golf alliance involving a coalition of some of the North West’s most highly regarded golf clubs.
This initiative has come at a much needed time for the club and as part of the relationship, Williams BMW will transform the Dunscar Golf Club with new branded signage and exclusive support throughout the year.
As Williams BMW continues to champion the sport, Dunscar Golf Club will join some of the North West’s most prestigious golf clubs including Bury Golf Club, Manchester Golf Club and Rochdale Golf Club which have already received vital investment.
David Sweeney, development director at Dunscar Golf Club, said, “As Bolton’s number one moorland golf course, we are delighted to have secured an alliance with such a prestigious brand and company in Williams BMW.
“Thanks to significant investment from Williams BMW, we have installed modern, branded signage at the club entrance on Blackburn Road, and around the exterior of the clubhouse. The investment will considerably aid the development of the facilities at the club for both our members and visitors alike.”
Jason Almond, franchise director at Williams Group, said: “The Williams BMW golf alliance has proved to be a huge success and we are delighted to welcome Dunscar Golf Club on board.
“Dunscar Golf Club is a fantastic course with a highly dynamic committee and sense of community. We look forward to working closely with them as part of the partnership.”
