Department heads become shareholders at commercial property firm Sanderson Weatherall
Three department heads at commercial property consultancy Sanderson Weatherall have become shareholding partners.
Following their appointment, Christian Humphreys, Matthew Lawrence and Mark Sheridan have brought the number of shareholders at the Leeds-headquartered company to 28.
Head of asset-based lending (ABL) Christian Humphreys joined the business in 2011 to establish the ABL valuation and advisory department.
He specialises in providing asset-based lenders, corporate financiers and equity providers with detailed asset valuations, surveys and portfolio management services.
Head of property management Matthew Lawrence has worked for Sanderson Weatherall for 15 years.
Today, he oversees a team of more than 30 management consultants, facilities managers and account administrators.
Matthew is responsible for various property management clients, including Magnet, Mapeley and Canada Life’s national portfolios.
The head of Sanderson Weatherall’s office in Bristol, Mark Sheridan, first joined the company’s valuation team in 2006 as a graduate.
He now runs both the office and valuation team, specialising in property valuations on commercial and residential sites across the South West.
Sanderson Weatherall finance director Martin Archer said: “I am delighted to welcome Christian, Matthew and Mark on board as shareholders of the firm.
“Their contribution to the firm’s success to date has been substantial, and I have no doubt they will continue to be key influencers of our future business strategy and growth as a national property firm.”
Sanderson Weatherall, a £15m-turnover business, employs more than 200 people across offices in Leeds, York, Manchester, Newcastle, Teesside, London, Birmingham, Bristol and Exeter.
