Kirona Enjoys Active Year after Expanding into new Markets
Alderley Edge based field service management specialist Kirona has had a strong year after expanding into other markets alongside the housing sector, increasing the total value of the business.
Over the last twelve months Kirona has signed contracts with prominent businesses including high street electrical retailer Maplin, utilities services provider Morrison’s Data Services and service management company Balfour Beatty. The company continues to maintain a strong foothold in the housing sector, finalising new agreements with social landlord Sanctuary and England’s largest not-for-profit provider of care and housing to older people, Anchor.
Kirona, a notable market leader in software solutions for the housing sector, has also expanded its workforce, welcoming a number of new hires within its support, project management and sales and marketing teams over the last twelve months.
David Murray, CEO of Kirona said: “We have built a reputation providing scalable, innovative software to the housing sector however the versatility of our solutions means we can help organisations of all sizes across various sectors improve workforce productivity and enhance operational efficiency. I am proud of the whole team and look forward to continued growth in 2018.”
Kirona has developed a range of applications that help businesses mobilise their workforce through job management and online scheduling. Remote workers can view and book appointments while on a job and sync that information with head office. This reduces the amount of time spent travelling back and forth and duplicating paper-based processes.
