Direct Food Ingredients Launches New Digital Capability
Macclesfield-based Direct Food Ingredients Ltd (DFI) begins the new year by unveiling its latest investment – a new state of the art, interactive website, to consolidate further its market position and boost its already impressive customer service offering.
The new site includes advancements for the benefits of its customers including real time information on product specifications. It also encompasses future capability for progressive features which will be rolled out later this year. These include provision for DFI customers to download product certification documentation, as well as benefit from a live chat system for instantaneous customer support.
