Housebuilder makes key appointment in south west
Five star housebuilder Barratt Developments, which includes Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes has made a key appointment as it looks to expand its presence in the south west.
Nicki Reid has been promoted to sales director of the Exeter-based division which is creating new communities in Somerset, Devon and Cornwall.
She joined the housebuilder 17 years ago as a sales advisor and has worked in four divisions of the housebuilder as her career has progressed.
“I’m delighted to have worked my way up the ladder and thrilled to be leading the sales team here in the south west,” she said. “This is both an interesting and challenging time for the industry and I’m really looking forward to the opportunity to help Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes expand in this region.”
Managing director Huw Llewellyn said he was delighted to have Nicki in this key role for the division which celebrates its 20th anniversary this year.
“2019 is an important year for us with our milestone birthday and the opening of a number of key new developments,” said Huw. “Nicki’s promotion is very well deserved and is a testament to the results achieved, hard work and the passion that she has shown in her current role.
“Nicki has the expertise to ensure that we continue to grow in the south west and provide customers with the level of service and quality homes they expect of a five star developer.”
