CPP secures BGC in Nottingham
National property consultancy Commercial Property Partners LLP (CPP) has secured a new tenant for a recently refurbished 40,477 sq ft warehouse/industrial unit based on Blenheim Industrial Estate in Nottingham.
Acting on behalf of the landlord, CPP successfully negotiated a deal with Budget Greeting Cards Limited, a wholesale greeting cards business who had been targeting a presence in Nottingham for over 2 years.
The self-contained industrial warehouse unit is positioned on the North-West side of the city, benefiting from convenient links to J26 of the M1, and within easy reach of Nottingham City centre with good road and public transport connections.
Key features of the property include 7.20m eaves, four dock level loading doors, two level access loading doors, warehouse lighting and a reconfigured office and welfare provision to bring this more into line with occupier requirements. Parking availability was generous and the yard gated and fully secured.
Sean Brenmer, Partner at CPP, added: “We’re delighted that BGC have committed to our clients building at Blenheim Industrial Estate.
“The property offers a great space in an area which has a limited supply of good quality premises available. This unit was very popular when launched to the market due to its specification, the location and recent refurbishment. Blenheim Industrial Estate remains a popular destination for occupiers and we were confident this unit would let swiftly.”
CPP acted as joint agents with BNP Paribas (London).
