Two new businesses join Fitwel-certified Surrey office space
A duo of lets has been secured in the first multi-tenanted building in Europe to achieve Fitwel certification.
Acting on behalf of RO Real Estate, property specialist Vail Williams has secured the let of 12,528 sq ft of office space to Robert Half and Yoooserv at the Dakota Building in Weybridge.
Recruitment services firm Robert Half has taken the entire third floor, equating to 3,131 sq ft of office space.
Co-working space firm Yoooserv has taken 9,397 sq. ft. on the ground floor, and has already let 50 per cent of its space.
Elliot McNish, surveyor at Vail Williams, commented: “We’re pleased to have helped The RO Group attract two great tenants to this unique building.
“The quality of space on offer at Dakota makes it an extremely appealing proposition, one which is now supported by a focus on workplace wellbeing – something which is increasingly important to prospective tenants looking to create a unique and rewarding workplace for their people.”
David Kershaw, group real estate director, added: “Dakota was the first building to secure Fitwel certification for a multi-tenanted building in Europe, and was specifically designed to exacting standards with wellbeing in mind.
“The result is an office environment that can positively contribute to the employee feel good factor, lift productivity and aid staff retention.
“Robert Half and Yoooserv were attracted by this and we are delighted to welcome such high quality blue chip tenants to our building.”
