HJ Collection expands into USA with launch of New York office
Fast-growing property developer, HJ Collection, has today announced its expansion into the USA after opening an office in Manhattan, New York.
Located in New York’s vibrant Financial District, the new HJ Collection office is strategically situated in the World Trade Center to enable the forward-thinking developer to build its own US based team and resulting network of High-Net-Worth Individuals and sophisticated investors.
In turn, HJ Collection plans to drive additional investment into the UK property market, while building on its established reputation and proven track record in identifying viable development opportunities in tier 2 and 3 cities across the UK.
News of its international expansion follows a successful year of growth for the business, with HJ Collection already on track to acquire over 10 additional sites during 2023 and establish an impressive GDV in excess of £100 million.
Reece Mennie, Founder and CEO of HJ Collection confirmed: “I am incredibly excited to announce the launch of our New York office. This move is true testament to our continued growth and success and will now provide the opportunity for our existing client base to benefit from our expertise both sides of the Atlantic - all while driving additional investment into the UK market.”
Headquartered in Canary Wharf, London, HJ Collection was founded in early 2019 with a clear vision to help the UK overcome its housing crisis by acquiring unloved commercial sites and repurposing them into residential developments.
Underpinned by an expert team of property development specialists, the developer delivers a full in-house solution – from initial acquisition through to development and completion.
