Gen Z influencer agency announces acquisition of student marketing specialist

Bulla Co, an early-stage Gen Z influencer agency which has recently closed its six-figure pre-seed round, has acquired Hype Collective, a leading student marketing specialist.

The acquisition will bring together the expertise and resources of both companies, allowing for enhanced services and expanded growth opportunities.

Bulla Co’s value proposition lies in using its own proprietary technology to deliver influencer campaigns at scale and their acquisition of Hype Collective, who have “world-class” experiential expertise will enable them to leverage the agency for exponential growth.

This partnership will create a powerful force in the industry by driving creative social-led campaigns that humanise and ingrain brands in youth culture. The deal will supposedly bring a “new era of possibilities with unparalleled opportunities for clients and creators”.
