House of Greenland appoints new CEO

London-based creative agency House of Greenland has appointed Nicole Haines as chief executive, marking a leadership transition as the company enters its next phase of growth.

Nicole joined the agency in 2023 as business director and was later promoted to managing director, where she led the company’s growth and repositioned it as a strategy-first agency delivering creative and marketing solutions to complex business challenges.

She said: “Over the past 18 months, our focus has been preparing House of Greenland for the new era of agency.

“With a renewed focus on strategic problem-solving, we are able to support companies operating in complex, high-pressure markets, address the root cause of our clients’ challenges and deliver precise, high-impact support for CMOs.

“There’s plenty of factors working against businesses today – House of Greenland exists to navigate businesses through some of the hardest to solve problems.

“I’m hugely excited to lead House of Greenland, and our lean team of senior strategists and creatives, into this critical next chapter in its journey.”

Founder Martin de Fleurian will continue to play a key role across creative and strategy, supporting the agency’s long-term direction.

He added: “Over the past decade, House of Greenland has grown into a highly respected creative partner, competing with agencies five times our size.

“We’ve always been proud underdogs, trusted by some of the world’s leading companies to help them cut through crowded markets and solve complex challenges.

“Under Nicole’s leadership we enter a new period of growth, in which we will continue to far outrun our competitors and scale as a trusted strategic partner for businesses in the months and years ahead.”

Founded in 2015, House of Greenland is a strategic marketing and creative agency working with emerging and established brands across sectors including technology, business, entertainment and food and beverage.

Nicole’s appointment follows a recent rebrand as the agency sharpens its focus on brand, consumer and marketing strategy.
