Stockton-headquartered eCommerce agency Visualsoft has strengthened its Shopify capability with a series of senior hires as demand for unified retail continues to grow.
The appointments span strategy, innovation, engineering, product and delivery, reinforcing Visualsoft’s position as a leading Shopify, Shopify Plus and Shopify POS partner.
New hires include Leigh Mardon as strategy director for Shopify; Liam Quinn as director of innovation; Lewis McLeod as Shopify technical lead; Georgios Tsourapis as senior Shopify developer; Chloe Elvin as senior project manager; and Kat Owen as product owner.
The expanded team brings extensive experience supporting retailers with connected online and in-store commerce, complex Shopify architecture and large-scale delivery programmes.
The hires form part of Visualsoft’s continued investment in specialist talent as it helps retailers simplify technology stacks, improve cross-channel performance and deliver seamless customer journeys across ecommerce and physical retail.
Chris Fletcher, chief executive at Visualsoft, which also has offices in Newcastle, Manchester and Dubai, said: “This is strategic growth.
“Demand for unified retail is rising, and we’re expanding the teams that deliver it.
“These appointments bring deep Shopify expertise across strategy, innovation and delivery, strengthening our ability to help merchants connect online and in-store operations in ways that drive real commercial impact.”
