Agency crowns growth with online gaming TV contract
A North East communications agency has recently won a six figure contract to promote online bingo brand, crownbingo.com. Newcastle-based firm Robson Brown has created and produced a TV commercial designed to promote Crown’s online gaming products, drive traffic to the website and encourage people to register to play bingo games. The first commercial airs in the Tyne Tees region next week (9 July) and will be followed by airings in the Cumbria and Borders region and Scotland in August. A UK-wide roll-out is planned to follow this autumn.
Dan Smyth, managing director of Newcastle-based crownbingo.com, said: “Robson Brown impressed us with their creative ideas and speed of production. We believe the campaign will boost brand awareness and encourage people to come and find out why it’s such fun to play online at Crown Bingo.”
Phil Greenwood, group account director at Robson Brown, said: “This is a great win for us. “Crown Bingo has big ambitions for developing the brand nationally and we very much look forward to working with them as the business grows.”
This latest contract follows the agency’s other recent wins including shower manufacturers Roman Showers and the North Highlands’ tourism account.
