Local care company creating new jobs
Hundreds of jobs are to be created by a successful care company based in the region.
Newcastle Home Care Associates is looking to recruit around 10 support workers on an ongoing basis in order keep up with demand for individuals to look after vulnerable people in the region.
The company is a division of Care and Share associates, who have received praise from the Department of Health as an example of good business practice due to their business model which gives shares to all of its employees.
The company provides a range of essential support services both privately and through local authorities to individuals in their own homes.
Linda Robson, Registered Care Manager at Newcastle Home Care Associates said:“We are looking for people who may be looking for a new challenge but are also kind and caring.
“Helping people, who are often frail and vulnerable maintain their independence and giving them the support then need to enjoy a good quality of life in their own homes is a tremendously rewarding job.”
