Real estate advisors Colliers appointed to 45,415 sq ft office scheme at Manchester Airport
Property investment and development company MCR Property Group has selected real estate advisors Colliers International to market a 45,415 sq ft office scheme next to Manchester Airport.
Altitude, located at Atlas Business Park, offers Grade-A office suites from 5,000 sq ft in size across three levels.
Colliers has joined commercial property and real estate consultants Canning O’Neill and Cushman & Wakefield as a joint agent on the development.
Having acquired Altitude last year, MCR has since carried out a complete refurbishment of the building’s three floors.
Engineering consultancy Simon Carves recently became the first tenant to snap up space at Altitude, moving from Simon House – also on Atlas – to take 10,152 sq ft on a 10-year lease.
Colliers’ Manchester-based director for national offices, Dominic Pozzoni, said: “Altitude hits the heights by offering potential occupiers a winning combination of state-of-the-art office accommodation in a strategic location with outstanding transport connections to domestic and international customers and markets.
“MCR has undertaken a fantastic building refurbishment incorporating high quality design and finishes.”
He added: “The immediate accessibility to the airport combined with Enterprise Zone Status will be a key factor in attracting business to Altitude.”
Altitude’s joint agents are now seeking occupiers for the remaining available space at the office site, which consists of 4,961 sq ft on the ground floor and 15,166 sq ft on both the first and second floors.
