Broad Chare Partners marks decade in business with Newcastle expansion
Newcastle-based wealth management firm Broad Chare Partners has expanded into new city centre premises, as it celebrates its tenth year in business.
Established in 2006 by Stephen Adair, Broad Chare Partners is a Partner Practice of St James’s Place Wealth Management and offers local companies, business owners and individuals investment and retirement planning services.
Now moving into a Grade II listed on Leazes Park Road, the firm says the premises fits the bill of a spacious facility large enough to support future growth.
The business, which has also refreshed its brand to include a new logo and visual style, has appointed Declan Harrington as a financial planner.
Stephen Adair said: “We set up Broad Chare Partners with the aim of delivering a high-quality client experience and to develop long-term trusted adviser relationships with our clients and I am delighted and proud that over the last decade we have been able to grow and develop our team in order to continue to do this.
“In this significant year we will be investing in all areas of the business to ensure we continue to deliver a first-rate service to our much-valued clients. This includes a brand refresh exercise, relocation to a newer facility and implementation of new IT systems.
Stephen continued: “The appointment of Declan, who has extensive experience of working within accountancy and law firms, further strengthens our ability to provide high-quality wealth management advice and client service.”
Declan added: “I am delighted to be joining Broad Chare Partners at a time of such growth and opportunity.
“I have three decades of experience within the financial services industry and intend to utilise this to help Broad Chare Partners reach its growth potential and continue to meet client requirements, delivering a first-class service.”
